We are specialists in the galvanic coating with nickel / hard chrome. We plate new parts or repair corroded or worn out layers. We take care of the complete machining before and after the galvanic treatment.

We have one of the largest capacities for industrial plating in Europe with a plating length up to 13 meters. Plating installations are state of the art. Our processes are certified according to ISO / ASTM / DNV / Lloyds and the latest JIP report. Corrosion tests in accordance with ASTM and JIP report have been carried out with excellent results exceeding the requirements.

Also the internal plating of hydraulic cylinder liners is carried out. Internal plating requires a large stock of plating tools for the different type of products. These tools are produced inhouse based on our experience. This internal plating  is a costs effective way to repair expansive liners and puts your liner back in place within a short period of time. Besides that, it wil last much longer plated with our hard chrome.

All our galvanic plated products are finished to the required roughness, exactly in tolerance according to drawing. We comply with all OEM specifications.
